$Green coin are purely a meme coin created for entertainment purposes. They are not an investment, security, or utility token. The purchase of $Green coin should not be seen as a financial investment. $Green coin do not confer any rights, including but not limited to ownership, dividends, shares, intellectual property rights, or any other form of participation in or relating to the Company, its affiliates, or any related entities.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website and $Green coin following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
THE TOKEN
$GREEN is primarily a community-building tool to foster engagement and support for the GreenForests initiative that is promoted by American Lands, LLC.
$GREEN is designed to be a memecoin used as a participation mechanism for a vibrant community of like-minded individuals. To promote participation, $GREEN holders will have access to exclusive rewards and incentives.
Although $GREEN was created by American Lands, LLC, $GREEN does not represent equity, membership interest or any other sort of economic or governance claim over American Lands, LLC. $GREEN has no claim whatsoever to any financial return, appreciation or residual value that American Lands, LLC may or may not generate.
NO UTILITY
Within the GreenForests initiative, $GREEN has two community-building uses:
Other than as an expression of support for the GreenForests Initiative and its community, $GREEN is completely useless.
There is no roadmap associated with $GREEN.
NOT AN INVESTMENT OF MONEY
$GREEN is simply a memecoin with no intrinsic value or expectation of financial return. It is not marketed or structured as an investment of money of any sort and should not be considered as such.
$GREEN is not an investment. Do not spend any money on $GREEN that you’re not willing to lose. The only value behind $GREEN is that which is associated with being a member of the community, namely a symbolic value.
$GREEN’s price can fluctuate wildly and fall to zero.
NO PROMISES
Neither American Lands, LLC, nor any early community members make any promises about the future of $GREEN. The value of $GREEN can fluctuate wildly, and fall to zero.
There are no guarantees, no expected returns, and certainly no promises of profit.
TOKEN SUPPLY
The initial supply of $GREEN is 435,261,648,000 tokens. This supply will undergo deflationary token burns at a variable rate.
Specifically, 20% of the tokens used for purchases within the ecosystem will be burned until the total supply decreases by 50%.
Detailed burn rates and criteria for each transaction type will be documented and made available to ensure transparency.
TOKEN ALLOCATION
The Private Sale and Presale Tokens are vested over a 12 month period, and there is no locking period.
TAXES/FEES
There are no taxes or fees on any purchase, sale or transfer of $GREEN.
SMART CONTRACT RENOUNCEMENT
Minting control over the $GREEN smart contract was permanently relinquished. Full control will be revoked once the coin is sold out, and all contract authorities will be permanently revoked.
PURCHASE POLICY
All purchases of The $Green Coin made by credit card or cryptocurrency are final. By completing the transaction, you agree that there are no refunds, no chargebacks, and no cancellations. We take fraud very seriously and will take appropriate action against any fraudulent activity. This includes reporting the fraud to relevant authorities and pursuing legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent activities.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
